Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fusion Financials Support & BI Analyst to support our growing ERP Cloud Financials implementation and multi-platform Order to Cash solution.

You will collaborate closely with the Oracle System Integrator, as well as business and IT teams to resolve production incidents, deliver small enhancements, and offer functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and Business Intelligence.

This role requires the ability to work effectively in a global setting, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks while communicating clearly and efficiently with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities : .

- Incident and Problem Management : Identify and resolve production support incidents and problem management tickets, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Support Request Management : Prioritize and manage support requests across internal and external resources, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Consultation and Knowledge Transfer : Provide expertise and consultation to users, particularly in Oracle Cloud Financials and Business Intelligence.

- Business Requirements and Design : Assist in defining business requirements and functional designs to improve existing processes and implement new solutions.

- Reporting and Data Integration : Support the Data and Analytics team by developing new reporting extracts to the Data Warehouse, as well as supporting existing reporting extracts.

- Fusion OTBI Reporting : Support reporting requirements in Fusion OTBI, including analytics, dashboards, and related reporting needs.

- Enterprise Application Integration : Maintain a good understanding of enterprise application integration standards and principles, particularly with core systems like Oracle Fusion/EBS, SalesForce, Oracle Service Cloud, and Kafka-based microservice integrations.

- Senior Management Communication : Effectively communicate with senior management and business stakeholders, offering valuable insights and guidance on strategies and solutions.

- Service Request Liaison : Liaise with Oracle on active Service Requests, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.

- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR as they relate to the financial systems and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience :

Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials : Strong experience in supporting, configuring, and designing functional solutions within Oracle Cloud Financials Modules, such as :

- Oracle General Ledger.

- Fusion Tax.

- Accounts Receivables.

- Accounts Payables.

- Cash Management.

- Fixed Assets.

- BI Reporting : Extensive experience with developing and maintaining reports within Fusion Analytics and Oracle BI Cloud Connector.

- Familiarity with Fusion OTBI and Business Intelligence Cloud Connect is essential.

- Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with senior management and stakeholders, leveraging both business insight and technical expertise to guide solutions.

- Problem-Solving and Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and create architecturally sound solutions.

- Enterprise Application Integration : Solid understanding of integration standards and principles, specifically in the context of Oracle Fusion and related systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle BI Cloud Connector : Experience with the Oracle BI Cloud Connector is highly desirable.

- Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR.
