Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Thiruvananthapuram for a K2 Developer. The K2 Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining K2-based workflows, forms, and reports. Daily tasks include designing new applications, troubleshooting existing applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions. The role also involves providing technical support, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy K2 SmartForms, Views, and Workflows using K2 Five or BlackPearl. Integrate K2 workflows with SQL Server and other data sources. Build and maintain SmartObjects for various applications. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows and forms. Optimize workflow performance and ensure scalability. Participate in unit testing, system testing, and UAT support. Prepare technical documentation for developed components and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in K2 development (K2 Five/BlackPearl). Proficiency inSQL Server– writing queries, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning. Experience in developing K2 SmartForms, Views, SmartObjects, and Workflows. Understanding of SDLC and agile development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to SharePoint integration with K2. Familiarity with .NET/C# is a plus. Knowledge of process automation best practices.
