Additionally, benefit from our profit-sharing model,reflecting our commitment to respect and integrity for all employees.Job Summary:The graphic/web designer's responsibility includes the entire process of web and graphicdesign, from visualizing design concepts to creating the Accelyst's and client's graphics,which include but are not limited to illustrations, logos, layouts and web designs. Thedesigner is to be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, printed and digitalmaterial, marketing collateral and more.The designer's graphics should capture the attention of those who see them andcommunicate the right message. A creative flair and a strong ability to translaterequirements into design is a strong requirement.Responsibilities:• Study design briefs and/or project outlines to assist in determining requirementsfor internal and client projects• Conceptualize designs based on requirements from clients and internaldepartment heads• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas• Develop graphics and web design mockups that use appropriate colors and layoutsfor each graphic• Produce high quality designs that meet the needs of Accelyst's and our clients• Work with copywriter and creative director to produce final designs• Test graphics across various media and provide multiple variations as needed• Have a positive attitude and be open to constructive criticism and be able amenddesigns if feedback is given• Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand• Work with prototyping and mockup programs like webflow to provide limitedvisual and interactive representations of final products• Stay up to date on the latest design trends and present new findingsQualification:• Extensive experience with design and design concepts• Extensive experience with design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop andInDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and marketing materials• A portfolio of quality examples of your work as it relates to this position• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from and to your peers• Excellent communication skills• Pluses:• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML• Experience working with prototyping software
