Notice Period: Immediate30 Days. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategies aligned with business goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

- Define product vision, goals, and success metrics.

- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog.

- Drive the development and execution of AR/VR/MR product initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AR/VR/MR technologies and industry trends.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and specifications.

- Work with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Manage product releases and updates.

- Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful product implementation.

- Translate technical requirements into clear and concise product specifications.

- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders.

- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills and Expertise :

- Proven experience in developing and managing product roadmaps and strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.

- Knowledge of AR/VR/MR technologies and applications.

- Experience in managing AR/VR/MR product initiatives.

- Understanding of the AR/VR/MR market and industry trends.

- Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle.

- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management best practices.

- Ability to define and track KPIs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in technical product management.

- Strong understanding of software development processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Candidates must be ready to join within 30 days or immediately.
