The ideal candidate should have hands-on field experience, strong operational understanding, and the ability to convert data insights into actionable growth strategiesKey Responsibilities:1. Sales Planning & Strategy:- Develop data-backed sales strategies to drive revenue, improve productivity, and strengthen market presence.2. On-Ground Execution Support:- Work closely with field sales teams to ensure alignment between strategy and ground reality.- Conduct market visits to understand customer and sales team behaviour- Identify operational bottlenecks and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly.3.
