Job Summary :

Creant Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer - III (SDE-3) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable web applications. This role requires a strong proficiency in Node.js or Python for backend development and React with TypeScript for frontend development. The candidate should be comfortable working with message queues, databases, and NoSQL databases, and possess a solid understanding of software development best practices.

Responsibilities :

Design and Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Node.js or Python.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Architecture and System Design:

- Contribute to the architectural design of complex systems.

- Make informed decisions about technology choices and implementation strategies.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of applications.

Database and Messaging

- Design and implement efficient database schemas in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Work with message queues like Kafka and RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.

- Utilize Redis for caching and session management.

Testing and Deployment:

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

- Participate in the deployment and monitoring of applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and1 other engineers.

- Communicate effectively and provide technical guidance to junior team members participate in agile ceremonies.

Performance Optimization :

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Required Technical Skills :

Backend Development :

- Proficiency in Node.js (with Express.js, Nest.js, etc.) OR Python (with Flask, Django, etc.).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems.

Frontend Development :

- Expertise in React and TypeScript.

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Databases :

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL).

- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- Database schema design and optimization.
