This role primarily involves coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and client-side teams, and being present during interviews to ensure smooth coordination. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have prior experience in recruitment coordination, and maintain a professional, noiseless work environment while working remotely.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client interviewers. - Be present during interviews to ensure smooth communication and coordination. - Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview logistics, updates, and feedback. - Partner with the client’s HR and recruitment team to align on schedules and hiring processes. - Track interview progress, maintain accurate records, and follow up proactively. - Handle rescheduling, last-minute changes, and feedback collection efficiently. - Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the process.Requirements:- Fluency in English (spoken and written). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive and responsive approach in client and candidate interactions. - Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently in a remote, noiseless work environment. - Familiarity with calendar tools, and video meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
