Assist in documentation , file management for Id card deliveries and distribution and other administrative tasks .Employee Engagement Activities : Plan and execute engagement activities , events and wellness programs. Gather employee feedback and implement engagement strategies .Plan and execute distribution of CEAP certificates .HRBP Data & Support : Assist in data collection , analysis and HR reporting . Support HRBP teams in executing HR related initiatives .Employee Support and Workplace Issue Resolution : Address employee concern related to workplace issues and transport . Act as a liaison between employees and other accounts .Managing and pushing RTO compliance – Track and report RTO compliance across all accounts in Gurugram. Communicate and reinforce RTO polices with employees and managers. Identify challenges in RTO and work on solutions to improve compliance .
