With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.Job Summary:Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Mandatory skills: Mainframe Tester, JCL, DB2, SQL Experience: 5-7 years Work Location: Trivandrum/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days - Work from Office)Key Responsibilities : Understand and analyze business and system requirements to create comprehensive test deliverables including test strategies, test plans, test cases/scripts, scenarios, and test data. Independently perform test planning, estimation, execution, and defect management across project phases. Participate in requirement review and grooming sessions; contribute to improving requirement quality by providing actionable feedback. Conduct regression testing, impact analysis, and ensure complete coverage of test cases. Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and testing best practices across sprints. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Own and drive defects to resolution by working with developers and relevant teams. Provide accurate test status reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support release and deployment testing activities as needed. Primary Skills : Strong hands-on experience inMainframe Testing . Proficiency inJCL (Job Control Language) . Strong working knowledge ofDB2databases. Experience inBatch job triaging and debugging . Ability to write and execute complexSQL queriesfor data validation. Experience in working withAgile/Scrummethodology. Secondary Skills : Exposure toJava-basedapplications or understanding of Java code for better collaboration with dev teams. Familiarity withSeleniumor similar test automation tools. Understanding ofBDD (Behavior Driven Development)practices. Experience indata migrationtesting, including data validation and reconciliation. Good to Have Skills : Hands-on experience or working knowledge ofAWS cloudenvironments. Experience in theHealthcare domainor knowledge of healthcare data standards. Familiarity withtest management tools(e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). Exposure toCI/CD pipelinesand automated testing in DevOps workflows. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
