A flair for detail, material sensibility, and a deep appreciation for aesthetics are essential.ResponsibilitiesCreate visually compelling concepts that tell engaging, coherent storiesDevelop scalable, production-ready designs adaptable to various project formatsCollaborate closely with the team to align visuals with brand directionStay adaptable and responsive to evolving creative inputs and project needsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field2–5 years of experience in experiential, set, or event designProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or AutoCAD is a plusStrong eye for detail, layout, and visual storytellingExcellent communication and multitasking abilitiesOpenness to collaboration and willingness to travel as projects demand
