We at ANJ Creations Pvt Ltd are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager – Team Lead to take ownership of our brand's social presence and lead a growing team of social media specialists.

Location: Onsite; New Delhi

Experience: 7 to 9 years

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage social media campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Role Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and brand objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of social media executives, copywriters, Graphic designers & video editors; conduct regular check-ins, set KPIs, and provide performance feedback.
  • Content Oversight: Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to produce high-performing content tailored for each platform (Instagram, , X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns, brand collaborations, and influencer initiatives.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Proactively identify and respond to potential brand risks on social media channels.
  • Platform Innovation: Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 9 years of experience in social media management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success growing brand presence and engagement across major platforms.
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices, social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and content performance metrics.
  • Experience in team management, creative direction, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and tone-of-voice consistency.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
