Role Overview: We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience to join us as a Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, and timely preparation of financial reports and MIS. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the finance & accounting team to ensure accurate and timely accounting. Oversee all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and financial statements. Manage cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization. Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audits and compliance with internal controls. Review and strengthen financial processes, accounting systems, and controls. Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS) and company policies. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as required.
