We are seeking a talented and versatile AI Engineer to join our growing team in Gurugram. This role requires a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with practical experience across a diverse range of AI domains, including Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Translation, Classification, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing innovative AI solutions, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be capable of contributing to the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from research and development to deployment.Responsibilities:AI Solution Development & Implementation:Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions across various domains, including Computer Vision, NLP, Machine Translation, Classification, and Generative AI.Apply machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve specific business problems and create tangible value.Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering relevant to different AI tasks.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in relevant programming languages (primarily Python).Computer Vision:Develop and implement solutions for image recognition, object detection, image segmentation, video analysis, and other computer vision tasks.Utilize relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Detectron2).Work with image and video datasets, including data augmentation and annotation techniques.Natural Language Processing (NLP):Develop and implement solutions for text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, topic modeling, language modeling, and other NLP tasks.Utilize relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Transformers, Hugging Face).Work with text datasets, including data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.Machine Translation:Develop and implement machine translation models and solutions.Evaluate and fine-tune pre-trained translation models.Understand different approaches to machine translation (e.g., statistical, neural).Classification:Develop and implement classification models for various structured and unstructured data types.Apply different classification algorithms (e.g., logistic regression, support vector machines, decision trees, neural networks).Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.Generative AI:Explore and implement generative AI models for tasks such as text generation, image generation, and other creative applications.Experiment with different generative architectures (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformer-based models).Model Evaluation & Deployment:Evaluate the performance of AI/ML models using appropriate metrics and techniques.Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments.Continuously improve and optimize deployed models.Research & Development:Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning across relevant domains.Research and experiment with new algorithms, techniques, and tools.Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.Communicate technical findings and insights clearly and concisely.Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI/ML models across multiple domains (Computer Vision, NLP, Translation, Classification, Gen AI).Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Transformers, OpenCV, NLTK, spaCy).Solid understanding of fundamental machine learning algorithms and concepts.Experience working with various types of data (image, text, structured data).Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services is a plus.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with deploying and monitoring AI models in production.Familiarity with MLOps practices.Experience with specific machine translation frameworks and tools.Experience with generative AI frameworks and models.Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.Publications or relevant certifications in AI/ML.
