With exciting opportunities ahead in the Home Tech domain, we are looking for passionate and driven professionals to join us in shaping this journey.About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who will play a dual role as a Program Manager to ensure smooth, end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution. This role requires a unique mix of strategic thinking, customer-centric positioning, and strong program management to align stakeholders across business, creative, and marketing teams. As the PMM, you will define the product narrative, craft compelling GTM strategies, and ensure flawless execution—bridging the gap between product vision and customer adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesGo-to-Market Strategy: Develop and own GTM plans for new product launches and feature rollouts. Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and narratives tailored to different customer segments. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Business, Creative, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution. Program Management: Drive timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth GTM execution. Sales & Business Enablement: Develop collateral, playbooks, and training material to enable business and sales teams. Market Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, gather customer insights, and translate them into actionable product and marketing strategies. Performance Tracking: Define GTM success metrics, track performance, and optimize Campaigns based on data.Requirements3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Program Management, or related roles (experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or home/interiors domain is a plus). Strong background in go-to-market planning and execution. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, product, creative, and marketing teams. Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills. Strong storytelling, positioning, and content creation capabilities. Data-driven approach with experience in tracking KPIs and measuring impact. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
