The role involves guiding prospective students throughout the enrollment process, assisting them with inquiries about programs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, the Enrollment Specialist will handle credentialing and verify necessary documentation accurately while providing exceptional support and clear communication to students. Building positive relationships and supporting prospective students in navigating their options will be key to success in this role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse learners and guide them through the enrollment processExperience with Credentialing and verifying documents for accuracy and complianceKnowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance related processes, including an understanding of their relevance to learning programsProven ability to work independently and remotelyExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in higher education, admissions, or student services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
