In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving IT infrastructure across multiple global locations (UK, UAE, and Bangladesh). You’ll deliver technical support, implement infrastructure projects, and ensure system reliability across servers, networks, and user environments. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, works independently, and takes ownership from issue to resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line IT Supportto end users and internal systems. Monitor and maintainservers, networks, and system performance . Handle support tickets through theService Deskand ensure timely resolution. Provideremote and on-site IT support(where required). Create and maintainSOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)for IT processes. Leadincident and problem management , including trend and root cause analysis. Manage and implementIT infrastructure projectsandchange requests . Support and maintainbackup systems ,virtualisation , andVOIP telephony . ManageActive Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP , and related services. Build and maintain strongclient and internal stakeholder relationships . Identify skill gaps andtraining needswithin the support team.Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum 3 years of hands-on experiencein infrastructure support or similar role. Strong exposure to1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line IT Support . Experience working in aService Desk environment . Excellenttroubleshooting and analyticalskills. In-depth knowledge of: Windows OS (7 onwards)andWindows Server (2012 onwards) Microsoft 365deployment and management Active Directory ,Group Policy ,DHCP ,DNS ,Sites & Services Networking principles , including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration Backup technologies(Veeam, Acronis, etc.) Virtualisation(Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix) VOIP Telephony systems Excellentverbal and written communicationskills. Strongcustomer service orientationand teamwork mindset. Proven ability towork independentlyand handle pressure.
