About the Role :

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to join our growing team.
• In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex NetSuite solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
• You will play a key role in optimizing our NetSuite platform to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall business performance.

• - 7+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality, including Financials, Order Management, and Customer Relationship Management.
• Deep knowledge of ERP platforms, workflow automation tool, and integrations; proficiency in data query tool such as SQL is and added advantage.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations with other systems, such as eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and payment gateways.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial practices and principles, with hands-on experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of effectively identifying and resolving system challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and explaining technical details to non-technical audiences.
• NetSuite Certified Developer or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

• Design, develop, and implement custom NetSuite solutions, including scripts, workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial operations by leveraging system capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system or integration challenges by working with cross-functional team members, including data quality problems, integration errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• Perform system upgrades and maintain NetSuite customizations during upgrades.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for all NetSuite configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current on the latest NetSuite features and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Adhere to NetSuite best practices and security standards.
• Participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of system integration and deployment projects, ensuring timely and effective (ref:hirist.tech)
