Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic Bcom Freshers for the role of Associate Finance 2024 at our Chennai office. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a fresher-level position, you will gain valuable insights into the finance domain and work closely with experienced professionals to enhance your career.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) for data manipulation, analysis, and report generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software (Mandatory skill) for effective client relationship management and tracking customer interactions.
  • Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Competency in data analysis for interpreting financial data and deriving meaningful insights.
  • Basic project management skills for assisting in planning, executing, and closing finance-related projects.
  • Adept at problem-solving with an ability to identify issues and propose viable solutions in financial processes.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors in financial documentation and reporting.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts under the supervision of senior finance personnel.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy formulation.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and support audits as necessary.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to update and maintain financial databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve financial processes and workflows.
  • Help in the implementation of financial strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Continuously update knowledge of finance regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
