Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Execute Vehicle performance and emission development along with data analysis for varuous duty cycles ISC , IPUR and pefromance base engine calibration and aftertreatment calibration (BS6) which includes DOC, DPF and SCR on Vehicle . Work closely with Dyno team Develop and execute selection of emission related hardwares like Turbocharger, Fuel Injectors, Piston Bowl, Aftereatment system based on vehicle level perfoprmance Evaluate OBD monitoring strategies and perform calibration of different monitors on vehice Handles multiple analytical tools / softwares like AVL CONCERTO, INCA Provides good understanding of heavy duty diesel emissions BS6.1 & 6.2 regulatory requirements including diagnostics Provide support in vehicle calibration for summer , winter and altitude. Analyse and determines Low, Madium and Heavy duty commercial vehicle application duty cycles and its criticallity Define and execute calibration plan and DOE on vehicle Report making and presentations to communicate findings, draw conclusions and give recommendations on next steps Stays aware of new and upcoming aftertreatment technologies and testing methods Interaction with FIE, TC, after treatment suppliers and other emission hardware suppliers and Dyno calibrtaion team. Assessment and documentation of test results and delivery of calibrations.Creation of technical development reports for status of the completed calibration tasks. Experience 4 to 6 YearsIndustry Preferred Automotive OEM, Engine Consultancy like AVL, Bosch etc., FIE supplier.Qualifications BE or MEGeneral Requirements Hard and Efficient WorkingGood Team playerLeadership skillsWorking beyond boundariesOrganised and LogicalPositive attitudeSelf-directed Fluent in communication, presentation Good team player with Colloborative work approachAgile, and should plan and execute his work without regular supervisionAble to manage work load, and sound daily work managementGood negotiator with proprietary suppliers Able to manage Emission assignment with end to end delivery ownership Diesel Engine combustion and thermal pefromance on vehicle .Base engine calibration and aftertreatment calibration (especially SCR & DPF)Vehicle level calibration - Emisison, thermal and OBD Hands on experience in INCA, Concerto, Cameo.Dataset managementPerformance & emission development skills in diesel engines and its applications Knowledge in emission norms.Knowledge in aftertreatment systems.Communication and presentation skillsData Analysis and report preparationTest bed planning and execution-
