Position Summary:

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our WMS application and its integrations with other applications including but not limited to Multi-carrier Parcel Management Solution.


The Implementation Consultant’s responsibilities include analyzing and documenting the organization's requirements, developing, and maintaining system integrations, running tests, and driving coordination within the organization and with the external stakeholders.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

•Take full responsibility for participating in requirements analysis, design, development, internal testing, and the documentation of same for the application-application integrations.

•Understanding product architecture, design dependencies, troubleshooting existing integrations, and providing technical support to the development team. Assist the stakeholders with pre-implementation gathering of system requirements.

•Provide gap analysis of the system's Current and Future State.

•Prepare and plan for all implementation phases including design, configuration, testing, and conversion activities.

•Analyze the organization's requirements, develop, and maintain system integrations and components, including but not limited to; application to application integrations, services, internal and external API, File transfer, and/or EDI and SQL queries.

•Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for support issues.

•Sustain internal and external stakeholder satisfaction within the end-to-end implementation process and after.

•Support the preparation of the scope of work by providing task/time details.


Education & Experience:

•Degree in computer science, and engineering from a reputed institute.

•3-6 years of proven experience working with system integrations and working with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS and SAP EWM.

•Experienced in working with BlueYonder - Parcel Handler Integrator (PHI) and hands-on experience in developing and implementing the Multi-carrier Parcel Management Solution.

•Working Knowledge of different file formats like IFTMIN, XML, CSV, JSON

•Experience with SQL, cloud, SaaS, service cloud, and Agile software and systems.

•Understands and learns the Software configuration and follows the steps to configure/implement/integrate company or 3rd party products and support internal and external requests.

•Hands-on testing experience to validate integrations/solutions developed and implemented. Has worked with testing tools like SOAPUI/ ReadyAPI/ Postman understanding RESTful APIs, and interpreting requests/responses.

•Collaborate with business and technical partners to capture - understand requirements, estimate efforts, and deliver appropriate specifications to drive the solutions.

•Effectively communicate with management, business owners, and customer stakeholders as well as working closely with software developers.

•Prior experience with enterprise resource planning, relational databases, requirements analysis, and requirements gathering.
