Are you ready to accelerate your career with Hexaware Technologies, a global leader in digital transformation and IT consulting? We are looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) team.


Locations: Pune and Gurgaon


Key Responsibilities:

  • 5 to 7 years previous experience designing and configuring payroll systems.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience of full life cycle implementations and support in payroll module.
  • 2 years' experience executing parallel payroll testing.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience of Indian payroll knowledge.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, deductions, and other payroll-related components according to Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in Indian payroll legislation and implement necessary updates to payroll processes and systems.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off, Timesheet, and knowledge of integrating these modules with third-party tools.
  • Have at least one experience of successfully leading an End-to-End implementation in SF Employee Central with Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
  • Responsible for leading all stages of the project lifecycle for the client, from requirements definition gathering to project planning and implementation. Liaison between clients and the internal staff to ensure effective coordination and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations.
  • Configuration experience across the SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors ECP modules.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP PY/SuccessFactors ECP and related functionality, coupled with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes.
  • Drive the definition of ECP standards during workshops and change requests.
  • Drive the development of technology solutions which provide standardized, functional, supportable, maintainable, secure, and cost-effective ECP/ payroll solutions.
  • Utilize SuccessFactors ECP Framework modelling techniques to provide production support for payroll.
