Responsibilities :

- Conduct performance testing for SAP applications, focusing on SAP HANA deployments.

- Utilize your knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and Redwood Knowledge to gain insights into the SAP environment.

- Design and develop comprehensive test scenarios to simulate real-world user loads and identify potential bottlenecks.

- Possess strong experience in performance testing tools, preferably with LoadRunner as the primary tool.

- However, proficiency in JMeter or Neo Load is also considered.

- Demonstrate expertise in scripting languages (e.g., VB.Net) for creating and debugging performance test scripts.

- Develop and implement Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate performance testing strategies and tools.

- Analyze test results and identify performance issues or areas for improvement.

- Translate business requirements into actionable performance testing strategies and approaches.

- Manage all aspects of the performance testing lifecycle, from planning and execution to reporting and analysis.

- Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful performance testing initiatives.

- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly explain technical concepts and performance testing findings.

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and adapt to evolving technologies.

Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in performance testing methodologies and best practices.

- Strong understanding of performance engineering principles.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA and its performance characteristics.

- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and Redwood Knowledge is a plus.

- Proven experience with a performance testing tool, preferably LoadRunner (but JMeter or Neo Load experience is considered).

- Expertise in scripting languages for performance testing automation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest performance testing tools and SAP technologies.
