Description :Hiring : Project Manager / PMO (Technical)Location : HyderabadExperience : 7+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-timeWe are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Project Manager (PM) or PMO who can lead development teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure smooth execution of multiple technology projects.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage cross-functional development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.- Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.- Collaborate with technical leads and developers to resolve challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes.- Provide technical guidance and support to the team be hands-on when required.- Manage stakeholder communication, project documentation, and reporting.- Implement PMO best practices, governance, and process improvements.- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to keep projects aligned with goals.Required Skills & Experience :- 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management / PMO roles.- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and manage technical teams effectively.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Technical background able to understand code, architecture, and technology stacks (preferred).- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.Preferred Qualifications :- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification (good to have).- Experience working in client-facing or product-based environments.
