Role Definition:We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technical configuration, product understanding, and system integrations, with a long-term goal of transitioning into a Project/Product Manager role. This role requires hands-on involvement in analyzing, configuring, testing, and documenting product capabilities, ensuring seamless system integration before moving towards business process optimization.1) Primary Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities:Understandtechnical configurationsof the product and ensure accurate implementation. Gather and analyzetechnical and system integration requirementsfrom clients. Read and interpret project requirement documents to identify necessary implementations. Conductgap analysis between systems & APIsand recommend integration solutions. Test APIs, analyze responses, and document functional specifications (FSD). Create and maintaintechnical integration documentswith flowcharts and system diagrams. Evaluatetechnical documentation, product architecture, and system workflows . Work closely withdevelopment, QA, and product teamsto ensure smooth feature releases.Functional Responsibilities:Assist intranslating technical insights into business requirementsfor stakeholders. Documentfunctional workflowsand ensure alignment with business objectives. Support business teams in understandingproduct capabilities and system behaviors . Manage and processchange requests from clientseffectively. Work collaboratively withProject Managers, Product Managers, and BA team membersto ensure smooth project execution. Ensure all documentation meetsenterprise-level quality standardsand is well-structured for stakeholder approvals. Gradually transition into afull-fledged Business Analyst role , taking ownership of business process optimizations.2) Skills Required:Technical Skills:Basic understanding ofSaaS product developmentand its technology stacks (e.g.,JavaScript, CSS, Java, NGINX, MySQL, MongoDB, microservices, APIs ). Hands-on experience inAPI testing, web services, and system integrations . Knowledge ofnetworking and internet protocols . Strong skills indata manipulation and analysis(Excel, Google Sheets, SQL preferred).Business & Analytical Skills:Exceptionalrequirement-gathering, gap analysis, and documentationskills. Ability to communicatetechnical concepts to business stakeholderseffectively. Strong verbal and email communication skills. Ability to adapt tochanging project needs and business strategies . Exposure toBFSI/FinTech/RegTech domainsis a plus.
