This isn't your typical developer role. As a Founding Engineer, you will be a cornerstone of our company. You will have a profound impact on our technology, our product, and our culture from day one. You will work directly with the founding team to translate a powerful vision into a robust, scalable, and intelligent reality. Responsibilities :


- Architect and Build : Design, develop, and scale the core backend infrastructure of our AIOps platform using Python. Your decisions today will be the bedrock of our system for years to come.

- Own the Lifecycle : Take complete ownership of the services you build, from initial ideation and development through to testing, deployment (CI/CD), and production operations.

- Bridge AI and Product : Collaborate closely with the founders to integrate, experiment with, and productionize cutting-edge AI/ML models. You'll be the crucial link between raw technology and tangible product features.

- Shape the Product : Be a critical voice in product strategy. Your technical insights will directly influence the roadmap and help us build a product that customers don't just use, but love.

- Establish Excellence : Champion best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, security, and scalability. You will help set the technical standards for our entire engineering organization as it grows.

- Deploy and Conquer : Manage and automate our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), ensuring our platform is reliable, performant, and secure as we scale.

Requirements :


- Expert-Level Python : You have extensive, hands-on experience building complex, high-performance applications with Python and modern backend frameworks (e. g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).

- A Builder at Heart : You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a demonstrated ability to build systems from the ground up. You see ambiguity as an opportunity, not a hurdle.

- Cloud and DevOps Acumen : You are highly proficient with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and have hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and building robust CI/CD pipelines.

- Database Mastery : Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases, knowing when and why to use each.

- API Craftsmanship : You design clean, pragmatic, and well-documented RESTful or gRPC APIs that other developers love to use.

- AI Curiosity : You have some experience with or a deep, demonstrable passion for AI/ML. You're excited to work with models and libraries (like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Lang Chain and apply them to real world problems.

- The Ownership Gene : You possess a founder's mentality, you're resourceful, resilient, and relentlessly driven to create impact. You don't wait for instructions; you identify problems and start solving them.
