About the role Own hiring, partnerships, and people ops to help a fast-rising growth consultancy scale. Work directly with founders and build systems from scratch. PPO Path: High performers are considered for a Pre-Placement Offer into a full-time People & Partnerships role.What you’ll ownTalent & HiringOwn end-to-end recruitment: JD → sourcing (heavy LinkedIn) → screening → interviews → offers.Build a strong candidate pipeline across marketing, analytics, content, and ops.Drive campus connects (LSR/SRCC/DU) and referrals; strengthen employer brand.Partnerships (Growth Enablement)Map, evaluate, and onboard high-performing partners (agencies, freelancers, martech vendors, regional collaborators).Manage outreach, due diligence, basic SLAs, onboarding docs, and performance tracking.People Ops & Office SetupRun day-to-day office operations at Aerocity (vendors, supplies, IT/facilities coordination).Maintain HR systems: attendance, letters, contracts, payroll inputs—accurate and on time.Support culture initiatives, townhalls, and internal communications.Employer Branding (LinkedIn)Ship weekly content highlighting our work, people, and hiring.Track reach, applications, conversions; iterate on what works.What success looks like (first 60–90 days)10–15 qualified interviews/week for priority roles.3–5 strong partners identified, evaluated, and onboarded with basic SLAs.Zero-miss payroll input cycle; clean HR docs & trackers.Weekly LinkedIn cadence that lifts inbound applications & brand reach.You’ll thrive if you haveStrong communication, hustle, ownership; comfort with ambiguity.Fluency with LinkedIn sourcing + Google Sheets/Excel; sound HR/ops common sense.Bonus: placement cell/HR experience, ATS familiarity, or basic payroll knowledge.What you’ll gainMentorship from founders; exposure to growth, partnerships, operating systems.Real responsibility + a clear playbook for consulting-grade problem solving.A visible portfolio of outcomes by month 3.PPO Opportunity: Performance-based full-time conversion with a clearly defined evaluation rubric (hiring funnel quality, partner onboarding impact, ops reliability, and employer branding outcomes).
