  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Provide feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements based on client needs and market trends.


  • Market & Industry Insight:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations and drive innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance our market presence and brand reputation.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in key account management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in the payment gateway or financial technology industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
