Role : Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sr Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through meticulous testing. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues and improve the overall user experience. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases based on software requirements and

technical specifications.

- Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop) to ensure optimal functionality and usability.

- Identify, log, track, and report defects in a timely and detailed manner, collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues.

- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure defects are understood, prioritized, and fixed.

- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using tools like Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.

- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability under varying conditions.

- Participate in sprint planning and ensure adherence to software quality standards and processes.

- Engage in exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and edge cases.

- Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on test results.

Skills : Playwright, JavaScript

Mandatory Skills :

1. Web Application Testing : Hands on experience with testing techniques and the ability to identify vulnerabilities in web applications.

2. Test Automation Tools : Proficiency in tools such as Puppeteer, Protractor, Cypress, Playwright (Mandatory) and Selenium Grid for automating tests efficiently.

3. Testing Techniques : Strong understanding of frontend testing techniques, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing for modern frontend applications.

4. System Debugging & Performance Analysis : Knowledge of system debugging and performance analysis concepts.

5. JavaScript Fundamentals : Proficiency in JavaScript concepts such as closures, hoisting, promises, generators, and objects.

6. Communication & Articulation : Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions.

Nice To Have :

- AI tools for automation testing.

- Basic knowledge on Performance Testing & security testing

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent : 5+ years of relevant experience.
