Job Description:


We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead specializing in microservice development to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, Hibernate, RDBMS, Kafka, Cassandra, and Redis, along with proven experience in conceptualizing domain models and high-level architecture design. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including experience in a leadership role for at least two years, and will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution of projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.


Key Responsibilities:


Microservice Development : Lead and drive the development of scalable and reliable microservice-based applications

Spring Projects & Hibernate Expertise : Expert in Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate, applying best practices in the development of RESTful APIs

Data Management : Experience in RDBMS, NoSQL databases like Cassandra, and in-memory data stores such as Redis

Kafka and Enterprise Integration : Strong experience with Kafka and Enterprise Integration Patterns, providing solutions for data streaming and message-driven systems

Architectural Design : Lead the conceptualization of domain models and high-level designs while specifying detailed low-level designs or pseudocode

Agile Leadership : Actively participate and lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure continuous delivery

Technical Oversight : Review code, ensure architectural compliance, and mentor junior team members. Provide technical leadership on design, code quality, and performance optimizations

Problem Solving & Support : Provide support for critical infrastructure components, assist in troubleshooting production issues, and lead problem-solving initiatives

Collaboration : Work closely with architect, and other cross-functional teams to design new features, propose technologies, and ensure successful implementation

SDLC & Process Adherence : Ensure adherence to the SDLC process, propose reusable frameworks, and standardize solutions where applicable

Technical Documentation : Support the creation of software product documentation, including training materials, user guides, and deployment instructions
