Job Description :

bTranzTechnological Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, providing hands-on technical configuration and development, and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee 3-4 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Provide hands-on technical configuration and development expertise to customize Oracle HCM Cloud to meet client requirements.

- Work directly with clients at their sites to understand their needs and provide thought leadership on best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

- Mentor junior HCM consultants and help them develop their skills and knowledge.

- Collaborate with global clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Fast Formulas, Absence Management with OTL, and ORC.

- Proven track record of successful Oracle HCM Cloud functional setups and implementations.

- Strong technical configuration and development expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Experience with the full lifecycle of HCM Cloud implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to travel onsite as needed.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-service environment.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
