Coimbatore, India LMW Textile Machinery Division Full time

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Purpose of the Role

  1. To ensure LMW brand equity is monitored continuously and steps taken online and offline to ensure the equity trajectory is constantly on the ascendancy.
  2. Responsible for maintaining customer outreach, brand and product messaging and customer engagement towards establishing thought and knowledge leadership of LMW TMD in all target markets.
  3. Implementing all strategies and action plan leading to inbound lead generation.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  1. Marketing Communication for domestic market
  2. Marketing communication for select international markets
  3. Increase brand equity through online and offline activities
  4. Establish thought and knowledge leadership
  5. Create and communicate customer value proposition with Product Manager and Analytics head
  6. Continuous customer engagement through online and offline activities
  7. Brand reinforcement and improve brand recall
  8. Empowering sales teams - Internal and external
  9. Creation of high tech sales collaterals
  10. Monitoring and updation of all sales enablement tools and collaterals
  11. Enhance Customer Relationship (CRM) and work towards Customer Delight


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' of marketing experience
  • Qualification preference: BE / B.Tech + MBA in Marketing
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
