Senior Manager International Sales 5-8 Chennai Baid Hi-Tech Park (Hybrid Work Model)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development/Sales Manager to join our international sales team. This role requires hands-on experience in the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure with a strong focus on SAAS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in international sales, with expertise in prospecting, nurturing leads, client engagement, sales negotiation, and closing deals across markets such as the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.

This role also involves mentoring junior SDRs/BDRs, managing CRM tools efficiently, and driving consistent revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term client & Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads using a mix of outbound techniques including market research, email campaigns, cold calling, and social outreach.

- Engage and educate prospects through consultative selling, tailored SAAS product demos, and value-based conversations.

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and final deal closure.

- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across international markets.

- Analyze buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive landscape to build compelling messaging strategies.

- Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate tracking of all leads, activities, and pipeline stages.

- Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

- Mentor and guide junior SDRs/BDRs to improve performance, efficiency, and sales readiness.

- Provide feedback from the market to improve products, sales strategies, and customer engagement models.

- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and emerging technologies in international SAAS sales.
