Position Overview: As a Catalogue Manager, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of our product catalog. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and inventory management, to ensure our offerings are accurately represented and effectively showcased.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of product catalog creation and updates.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging product descriptions and visuals.
  • Analyze catalog performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather necessary product details and images.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for catalog organization and categorization.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor catalogs to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Provide training and support to team members on catalog management systems and processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in catalog management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and product information management (PIM) tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
