Job Title : Oracle Financials Consultant (EBS & Fusion Cloud)Experience : 810 YearsLocation : the Role :We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects, coupled with a good understanding of SQL/PLSQL for analysis and Responsibilities :- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and work with business users for process improvements on EBS and Fusion Cloud.- Contribute to Oracle Financials implementations (EBS & Fusion Cloud) including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to design scalable solutions aligned with finance processes.- Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.- Guide junior consultants and provide functional expertise in critical project phases.- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and assess impacts on existing Skills & Experience :- 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Financials Consultant.- Strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS Financials) not less than 4 years- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.- Experience across multiple modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, ChRM- Proven exposure to full lifecycle implementations and support projects.- Solid working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL for queries, analysis, and troubleshooting.- Ability to gather requirements, perform solution design, and configure systems independently.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management Skills :- Experience in R12 upgrades and/or Fusion Cloud migration projects.- Ability to work in Agile delivery :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.Oracle Financials certifications (EBS/Fusion Cloud) preferred.
