Workfront Specialist

Job Description :

As a Workfront Technical Consultant / Developer / Fusion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and customising the Workfront platform to meet our organisational needs.

You will ensure the delivery of seamless and scalable solutions that enhance workflow efficiency and project management capabilities. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for optimizing work processes, this role is for you.

Mission-Critical Responsibilities :

1. Solution Development & Implementation :

- Design, implement, and manage scalable solutions using Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMO, IT, Operations, etc.) to deliver end-to-end technical implementations that meet both business and technical requirements.

- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions within the Workfront platform.

2. Customization & Configuration :

- Configure and customize Adobe Workfront to meet the organization's needs, ensuring it aligns with best practices and business objectives.

- Set up workflows, dashboards, reports, and user roles/permissions for seamless system utilization.

- Provide recommendations on enhancing the user experience and increasing system efficiency through customization.

3. Workfront Integration :

- Develop and implement Workfront integrations with other systems, tools, and platforms used by the organization, including third-party applications.

- Leverage Workfront Fusion to automate workflows and integrate with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and other enterprise platforms.

4. Troubleshooting & Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workfront and its integrations.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide support and ensure system functionality is maintained at optimal performance.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workfront solutions.

- Provide expert guidance and best practices to internal teams on system configuration, customization, and Workfront platform capabilities.

6. Training & Documentation :

- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on how to effectively use Adobe Workfront.

- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to configurations, processes, and integrations for future reference.

7. Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and industry trends within the Adobe Workfront ecosystem.

- Actively participate in internal and external communities to share knowledge and improve the overall system experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience : Workfront Fusion & API : Experience with Workfront Fusion, API integrations, and process automation.

- Configuration : Expertise in custom fields, workflows, and permissions.

- Reporting : Skilled in creating reports and dashboards.

- Automation : Proficient in automating workflows and tasks.

- Integration : Experience integrating Workfront with tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Slack.

- Training & Support : Ability to train users and provide ongoing support.

Skills :

- Technical Skills : Strong technical proficiency in Workfront platform customization, configuration, and Workfront API/integrations.

- Integration Experience : Experience working with Workfront's integration tools (Workfront Fusion) and integrating with third-party applications like Salesforce, Jira, Slack, or other enterprise solutions.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

- Collaboration & Communication : Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Documentation & Reporting : Ability to document configurations, processes, and integration steps in a clear and concise manner.

Experience :

- Certifications : Adobe Workfront certifications or related technical certifications are a plus

- Additional Adobe Tech Stack Familiarity : Familiarity with additional Adobe products such as AEM, DAM, Campaign, and Target is advantageous.

- Integration Experience : Proven experience in integrating Workfront with other Adobe products or platforms is a plus.

- Project Management : Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience working in a project management environment.

- Scripting/Programming : Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, REST APIs) to enhance system functionality.
