The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating technical solutions within the Oracle HR module and other Oracle Applications. Tasks include analyzing business processes, consulting stakeholders to understand technical requirements, and implementing integrations to enhance system functionality and performance.Key Responsibilities: Work withOracle Applications and Oracle Fusionwith a focus on database design, analytics, and reporting. Develop and manageOracle ERP database tables, Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW),andOracle Fusion Tables (BIVO). Handle multipleOracle modulesincludingFinance, HRMS, SCM, and Payroll. Build and maintainOracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC)integrations. Developdatabase functions, procedures, views, and materialized views. Writeadvanced SQL calculationsfor complex business logic and data analytics. Work withFusion Web Servicesfor integrations and data exchange. Design and manageFusion Bursting Reports and Dashboardsfor business insights. UtilizeFusion Page Composerfor UI customization and enhancements. ManageFusion Integration with UCM (Universal Content Management). Participate inprototyping, design, and requirement analysisphases of projects. Follow properdesign methodologies and maintain detailed project documentation. Translatebusiness requirements into effective data modelsand ensure optimal use of resources.Additional Skills (Preferred): Hands-on experience withPower BIfor analytics and visualization. Familiarity withMicrosoft Azure,SQL Data Warehouse, andVisual Studio.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of5 years of relevant experiencein Oracle Applications and Fusion technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
