Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• SailPoint IIQ certification is a strong plus

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer / Consultant to design, develop, configure, and support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IIQ solutions including onboarding of applications, connector development, workflows, policies, role management, and lifecycle events.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certifications, policy enforcement, and integration of SailPoint IIQ with various target systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SailPoint IIQ solutions
• Install, configure, and customize SailPoint IIQ components (connectors, workflows, rules, tasks, policies)
• Develop and deploy custom rules using Java and BeanShell
• Onboard and integrate applications with SailPoint IIQ for provisioning and de-provisioning
• Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and workflows
• Design and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and policies within SailPoint IIQ
• Configure and support access certifications, policy violations, and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Develop custom connectors for new target applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint IIQ related production issues
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth deployments
• Support migrations, upgrades, and patches of SailPoint IIQ environments
• Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior team members

Key Skills & Must-Haves:

Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

Expertise in Java and BeanShell for SailPoint customizations

Deep understanding of identity lifecycle, provisioning, and de-provisioning

Experience in developing and configuring connectors (LDAP, AD, JDBC, REST, SOAP)

Experience with workflow design and customization in SailPoint IIQ

Good understanding of Role Management, RBAC, SoD, and Policy Management

Strong knowledge of access certifications and compliance controls

Hands-on experience with integration using REST/SOAP APIs

Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• SailPoint IIQ Certification
• Experience with SailPoint upgrades and version migrations
• Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions (optional)
