Responsibilities :

SAP SD Configuration & Management :

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.

- Configure and manage SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Processing, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and Master Data.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other relevant SAP modules, particularly SAP FICO.

Client Consultation & Relationship Management :

- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing expert consultation.

- Regularly interact with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Master Data Management :

- Manage and maintain SAP SD master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting :

- Identify and troubleshoot issues within the SAP SD module.

- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve client challenges.

Documentation & Training :

- Create and maintain relevant documentation for SAP SD configurations and processes.

- Potentially provide training to end-users on SAP SD functionalities.

Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant.

- Strong proficiency in SAP SD configuration and management.

- Good understanding of SAP FICO integration with SD.

- Demonstrated business process understanding and analytical skills.

- Proven consulting experience with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and client interaction.

- Experience with SAP SD Master Data management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
