Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a compelling investor relations strategy to communicate our financial performance, growth plans, and market positioning- Serve as primary liaison for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders- Lead the preparation and delivery of earnings releases, investor presentations, and financial reports- Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform leadership insights- Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange regulations, and governance norms- Manage crises, reputation risk, and communicate transparently during market 15-20 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or related roles - ideally in a listed FMCG or fast-moving consumer goods environment- Strong financial acumen: reporting, valuation, capital markets- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and capital markets- Proven track record in building relationships with investors and analysts (ref:iimjobs.com)
