Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the organization in a clear and concise manner. Maintain communication records and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and professionalism. Serve as the primary point of contact for allcoaches’ queries, concerns, and updates . Attend and actively participate in3-hour workshops, advanced sessions (Google/Infosys-level systems) , and other learning programs to enhance communication skills and strategic understanding. Attendhigh-value workshops and diamond sales sessionsto gain insights into communication psychology and apply the acquired knowledge to improve the company’s internal and external communication practices. Contribute to developing internal communication templates, SOPs, and training resources for the team. Maintain a strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability in all interactions.Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in English Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. Knowledge of wellness, naturopathy, or nutrition is a plus. Proficiency in English Communication—both spoken and written—is essential. Experience using CRM tools and call management systems. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to approved scripts and tone guidelines while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation Tone& style.
