Overview: Newgen Software is seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in the Commercial Loan Origination System (CLOS) domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial lending processes, loan origination systems, and related technologies. As a Product Manager, you will drive product development initiatives, lead presales efforts, oversee solutioning activities, and collaborate across teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Newgen's CLOS solutions, focusing on enhancing product features, functionality, and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the commercial lending and CLOS domain.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to prioritize product enhancements and new feature developments based on market demands and customer feedback.
  • Lead presales activities, including product demonstrations, solution workshops, and client engagements to showcase Newgen's CLOS capabilities and value proposition.
  • Work closely with solution architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment of solutions with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, validate product features, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize product usability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a domain expert internally and externally, representing Newgen at industry events, conferences, and forums.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from a premium institution in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Product Management within the Commercial Loan Origination System (CLOS) domain, preferably with exposure to fintech or financial services software solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial lending processes, loan origination systems (LOS), and related technologies.
  • Track record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, in an Agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in solutioning and engaging with clients in a presales capacity is advantageous.
