About the RoleWe are looking for a HRBP intern who can start immediately.Must Have- Completed either a BBA or MBAGood communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable in using MS - Excel and MS - WordPlease Note - The internship will be for a duration of 6 months. This internship position will be converted to a full time role before or after completion of 6 months of internship depending on performance.The selected candidate will need to work from office in Hyderabad. This is not a remote role.Key Responsibilities● Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution, helping HRBPs addressworkplace matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.● Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition andpositive experience for new hires.● Contribute to performance management activities, including goal-setting, feedbackcoordination, and documentation.● Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to track key metrics such as headcount,turnover, and performance trends.● Collaborate with HRBPs and business teams to understand organizational needs andrecommend people-related solutions.● Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.● Contribute to organizational initiatives such as talent reviews, learning programs, anddiversity & inclusion projects.● Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, andcompliance.● Support recruitment and hiring processes, including coordination, screening, andensuring a smooth candidate experience.Requirements● Graduate, OR, a Post graduate degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Psychology, or a related field.● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.● Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with HRanalytics is an advantage.● Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.● Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus.
