This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely cash management and supporting global financial operations.Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cash management tasks, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards. - Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements. - Monitor and manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity. - Oversee and manage the organization's debt schedule, ensuring all obligations are met on time. - Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments. - Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records. - Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and to facilitate banking transactions and approvals.Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function. - Proficiency in financial and cash management principles. - Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets. - Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails. - Interested in process improvement, with a focus on defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing process efficiencies. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities. - A team player who can effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments.
