With a mission to impact over 100 million lives, Pintola is dedicated to elevating nutritional standards through quality and purity.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Receivable (AR) Executive located in Ahmedabad. The AR Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring incoming payments, and ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of B2C transactions. The role includes maintaining financial records, preparing AR reports, addressing payment discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth financial operations. The candidate must have solid experience in B2C account reconciliation, payment gateway settlement tracking, and AR processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process Perform B2C account reconciliation across multiple platforms/payment gateways Monitor and record incoming payments in a timely manner Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Prepare AR ageing reports and follow up on outstanding amounts Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer support teams Maintain accurate records of financial transactions Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policiesQualifications:Experience in B2C account reconciliation (Mandatory) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in accounting principles and AR processes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Ablity to work on-site in AhmedabadIndustry: Food and Beverage ServicesEmployment Type: Full-time
