Alliances and Partnerships Manager- Galeries Lafayette

Job Purpose:
The Alliances and Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with luxury brands and businesses that cater to Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI). The role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating mutually beneficial alliances, and developing collaborative strategies to enhance the brand's presence in the UHNI market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury market, strong networking skills, and the ability to deliver high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.

As a globally renowned luxury retail brand, Galeries Lafayette is committed to delivering exceptional shopping experiences through high-quality products and services. The Manager of Alliances and Partnerships will be at the forefront of identifying and establishing relationships with luxury brands and exclusive service providers that cater to UHNI clientele and strike strategic partnerships with them. This role will require both strategic thinking and tactical execution, managing relationships with key partners while continuously exploring new business opportunities to ensure the brand's leadership position in the Indian market.
Key Result Areas:
Partnership Development-
- Identify and establish relationships with luxury brands and exclusive service providers that cater to UHNI clientele.
- Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships that align with the department store's business objectives and enhance brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create bespoke offerings, events, and services that attract UHNI customers.
- Identify and target potential third-party service providers that align with the luxury brand's values and service standards.
Brand Strategy & Market Insights-
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, key players, and market dynamics in the UHNI sector.
- Advise senior leadership on the potential for collaboration with brands that appeal to UHNI customers.
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to increase the brand’s appeal to UHNI shoppers, enhancing exclusivity and luxury perception.
Cross-functional Collaboration-
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate with the events and PR teams to organize private events, product launches, and high-end customer experiences that appeal to UHNI clients.
Client Relationship Management-
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with UHNI clients, ensuring their needs are met through curated partnerships.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of partnerships in terms of customer engagement, sales impact, and brand enhancement.
Revenue Growth & Brand Loyalty-
- Identify and seize opportunities to generate revenue through exclusive offerings, co-branded events, or personalized services.
- Measure ROI on partnerships, adjusting strategies to optimize revenue and customer loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis-
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Track KPIs, sales growth, and brand perception shifts as a result of partnership initiatives.
