
Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address user pain-points: Leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies, including AI, to identify consumer challenges and drive product innovation. Focus on delivering impactful solutions that enhance user experience in B2C or consumer-facing products.
- Initiate and prioritize technology-driven projects: Lead the integration of AI and other technologies to enhance user experience and product functionality, while defining project scope, timelines, and success metrics. Ensure the alignment of projects with consumer tech trends and user demands.
- Evaluate and optimize systems: Collaborate with engineering teams to assess existing systems and design technology-driven solutions, including AI-powered features, to improve product performance. Ensure seamless integration in consumer tech environments.
- Drive product lifecycle management: Own the product from conception through development, testing, and adoption, ensuring smooth integration of new features. Prioritize user experience, focusing on the unique challenges of B2C tech products and user adoption.
- Develop product strategy and roadmap: Shape the product strategy and roadmap, incorporating AI and other technologies to align with business goals, maximize user satisfaction, and stay competitive in the B2C space.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, with exposure to AI/ML or technology-driven products that have demonstrated impact on user metrics, especially in B2C or consumer tech.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset: Strong ability to use data and technology tools, including AI, to analyze user behavior and optimize product performance. Experience with consumer tech data analytics is a plus.
- Customer-centric approach: Focused on understanding customer needs and continuously improving the user experience with the right mix of technology. Passion for building products that resonate with end consumers.
- Technology knowledge & skills: Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and machine learning concepts is a plus, but not a strict requirement. Exposure to consumer tech platforms and tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including communicating with marketing and business teams in the B2C space.
- Entrepreneurial experience in startups or fast-paced environments, particularly with AI or technology products, is a plus.
- Top-tier Engineering degree (from institutions like IITs, BITS Pilani, or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA from a top-tier business school (e.g., IIMs, ISB, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
