Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer with strong experience in building high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.

You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Golang applications and microservices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting complex issues.

- Implement security and data protection measures across applications.

- Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring long-term maintainability.

- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and design efficient data models.

- Build and integrate APIs and third-party services.

- Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

- Mentor junior developers and help foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Golang and understanding of its ecosystem.

- Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels in Go.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and data modeling.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Understanding of software design patterns, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Exposure to high-load distributed systems.

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and profiling tools.
