We specialize in education marketing — from lead generation to student conversions — enabling institutions to achieve measurable outcomes.Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and motivatedOnlineAdmissions Specialist / Counsellorfor Admissions into Online UG and PG Courses (Example - Online MBA, Online MCA, etc) to join our growing Education Marketing team.In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through their admission journey and helping them choose the right academic programs offered by our partnered universities and institutions.Key Responsibilities Engage with student leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their education goals and preferences. Provide detailed counseling about universities, programs, eligibility, and admission processes. Follow up regularly with interested students to drive successful conversions. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely updates on lead status. Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team for smooth communication and workflow. Achieve monthly targets for student enrollments and conversions.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Business preferred). 6 months –2 years of experience in student counseling, education sales, or business development (freshers welcome). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated personality. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).What We Offer Fixed salary + performance incentives.
