Sales & Merchandising CoordinatorLocation: Jaipur, RajasthanBrand: Dora Dori – Indo-Western FashionAbout Dora DoriDora Dori is a contemporary Indo-Western fashion brand loved by retailers and wholesalers across India for our modern silhouettes, rich embroideries, and artistic prints.We're a fast-growing label that collaborates with premium retailers and boutiques, bringing together design, craftsmanship, and commerce.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Sales & Merchandising Coordinator to handle customer communication, order processing, and coordination between our sales, production, and design teams.This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth order flow — from placement to dispatch — while maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners.Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for retailers and wholesalers via WhatsApp and Email. - Coordinate with production and design teams to track orders, samples, and delivery timelines. - Manage and update order status sheets and dispatch trackers. - Share new collections and product updates with clients regularly. - Follow up on order confirmations, payments, and dispatches. - Support the team during outstation sales trips and exhibitions (3–4 times a year). - Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between customers and internal teams. - Provide post-sales support and strengthen long-term client relationships.Desired Skills & Qualifications- Graduate in Fashion, Business, or Communication preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in fashion sales, merchandising, or client servicing. - Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools. - Highly organized, responsible, and strong in follow-up and execution. - Interest in fashion trends and a good aesthetic sense are a plus.Why Join Dora Dori- Be part of a creative, fast-growing fashion brand. - Gain end-to-end exposure to sales, merchandising, and production operations. - Work in a collaborative, design-led environment. - Opportunity to grow into a Sales, Merchandising, or Key Accounts role.To Apply:Send your resume to hr@doradori.in or WhatsApp it to 8824234844Subject: Application – Sales & Merchandising Coordinator
