You are responsible for the full, end-to-end execution of all strategies and the delivery of measurable results.About the Role We’re looking for a Process Automation Specialist who can transform how our Customer Experience team operates by redesigning the systems behind how we sell, service and deliver holidays. If you’re someone who sees a workflow and immediately imagines a smarter, automated version of it, this role is the perfect fit. You’ll work across Sales, Supply, Tech and CX to cut down manual effort, eliminate process gaps and build intelligent, AI-powered workflows that makesuper hit holidayshappen seamlessly. Your work will directly elevate our operational excellence and shape the backbone of how pickyourtrail delivers world-class travel experiences.What you will do Spot repetitive, high-effort CX tasks and automate them using AI + existing internal tools Map current vs future-state processes and rebuild CX journeys end-to-end Design automations across our CRM (PLATO), email, Slack and internal platforms Build triggers, alerts and fail-safes to ensure Zero MIH errors Partner with Tech & Product teams to launch seamless integrations Track automation performance, analyse outcomes and continuously optimiseKey impact areas Reimagining our Bookings & Operational workflows Upgrading SOPs to reduce repetitive work and human error Improving CX team efficiency across the delivery lifecycle Bringing intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows to lifeWhat we're looking for 3–6 years of experience in workflow automation or process design Hands-on expertise with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make.com or similar A strong foundation in building processes that actuallystick A natural problem-solver with high ownership and a builder’s mindset Experience in travel/holiday operations is a bonus (but not a dealbreaker)
